DESCRIPTION:Selah is a New Life Bible Fellowship Women’s Connection Experience on Wednesday Evenings. We are a place where every woman\, regardless of age\, spiritual journey\, or church affiliation\, can come and find connection with God and each other. We hope and pray that every woman who comes finds that they are seen\, known\, heard\, and deeply loved. \nThis Fall\, our Evening Group will walk through a Genesis study called ‘God of Covenant’ by Jen Wilkin. \nThere are no minor characters in the story of God. \nBeginning with Genesis 12\, walk alongside the fathers of our faith—Abraham\, Isaac\, Jacob\, and Joseph—to discern Jesus in the stories of His people. \nOver 10 sessions\, discover how God orchestrates everything for His glory and the good of His people\, and see how the God of creation and covenant is the same yesterday\, today\, and forever. \nYou have two registration options/costs\, each of which will help us cover childcare for the semester (everyone contributes to this as a part of our community) and our supplies. You can have New Life order your book for you\, or you can select to order your own book. (registration after the 8th\, you will need to purchase your book from Amazon or Lifeway) \nWe meet on Wednesday Evenings from 6pm to 8pm beginning August 14th. \nChildcare will be offered for Selah’s evening session\, but you must register. \nWe start August 14th – register HERE or through the link below.

DESCRIPTION:Knot Sew Perfect is expanding and invites you to join them at their monthly meetings! Sewing skills are beneficial\, but not necessary. A heart to serve our community and a willingness to learn are all you need. Experienced seamstresses will be teaching lessons on how to use a sewing machine. Projects for the community and our ministry partners will be made during the meetings. Come and join in the fun and community on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of every month in Room 8 from 9am-12pm. DESCRIPTION:AZ 1.27 provides this 3-hour introduction to Trust-Based Relational Intervention or TBRI. TBRI is an attachment-based\, trauma-informed approach designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. Participants will leave this training with a better understanding of why “kids from hard places” need a different approach to help them heal and thrive\, and with strategies to help children with challenging behavior. $10/individual or $15/couple.
